Kursavo plan
Withdrawal is available in the account for 14 days after the contract is made. If no meaningful paid-feature usage is found, a full refund is offered. After usage, Kursavo shows a preliminary proportional deduction and the request is reviewed manually. Merely storing the account, viewing the dashboard, or changing settings does not count as usage.
Voluntary Fair Start guarantee: if no meaningful paid feature has been used roughly one month after purchase, Kursavo sends a full-refund offer. It must be confirmed in the account by the displayed deadline. This additional guarantee does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Cancelling automatic renewal prevents new charges and access continues until the paid period ends. The separate voluntary early-ending function refunds unused full months after the current paid month ends.
AI Studio and extra schools
Cancelling renewal stops future charges. Cancelling or scheduling the end of the main plan also stops AI Studio renewal automatically. AI Studio remains available only until the earlier end date of its own paid period or the main plan. Restarting plan renewal does not automatically restart AI Studio. An AI Studio month that has begun and extra school slots already supplied are generally not prorated unless mandatory law or the specific offer says otherwise.
AI credits
Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Used credits are not refundable. Statutory withdrawal and conformity rights remain for unused packs. Auto top-up is a separate optional feature and requires explicit consent.
Data parking
The paid parking period continues until the shown date. Cancelling renewal prevents further charges but does not shorten the paid period. Without successful renewal, data is deleted on the displayed schedule and should be exported beforehand.
Course purchases
The seller identified at checkout handles course refunds. That seller's policy and mandatory consumer rights apply. Kursavo may forward the request and execute a Stripe refund on the seller's instructions.
Requesting a refund
Use the withdrawal function within the statutory period, open a support request or email alexander.diener@kursavo.de with the order email and payment reference. Never send card details. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; posting time depends on the bank and Stripe.
